Urban Sports Scene is a sports show based out of the DMV (DC, Maryland, Virginia). The sport show provides youthful and fresh insight into all sports. The show stars Wally, Ray, Fish, and Will T. The “Pregame”, involves the Washington Capitals ending their losing streak, Zack Greinke being traded to the Milwaukee Brewers, Drew Brees and Olympic skier Lindsay Vonn named AP Male and Female Athlete of the Year, recap of Benard Hopkins and Pascal fight, and UConn Women's basketball team's winning streak. The Urban Sports Scene discusses the state of DC sports franchises (part 1, part 2 is next week). They analyzed week 15 of the NFL which includes the Redskins’ losing to their rivals the Dallas Cowboys. They talk about the McNabb benching and how they feel about Shanahan. For NFL News, we talk about Brett Favre's possible last game against the Bears, and Tim Tebow's first start. We ask the question: Is Tony Sporano on the hot seat? We analyzes and predicts the outcome of their highlighted games of week 16 as well. In their Fantasy Football segment they provide advice to fantasy football owners and they talk about how they performed in their own leagues. In their Boxing segment they examine: the Hopkins/Pascal fight, and possible Wladimir Klitschko/Haye fight. They also recap the Lamont Peterson Victor Ortiz fight. They analyzed week 14 of the NFL which includes the Redskins’ losing to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. They preview the Redskins/Cowboys rivalry (week 15). We talk about Bret Favre's streak ending and we analyzes and predicts the outcome of their highlighted games of week 15 as well. The “Pregame”, involves the BCS Bowl gamesk, Ovechkin and the Caps recent struggles, Duke defeaating Butler in the rematch of last years championship game, and Georgetown Hoyas Basketball. In their Major League Baseball segment they talk about some of the acquisitions made during the MLB offseason. They also analyzed week 13 of the NFL which includes the Redskins’ losing to the New York Giants and Albert Haynesworth being suspended for the rest of the season. They preview the Redskins next game against Tampa Bay Buccaneers. We talk about Josh McDaniels being fired by and we analyzes and predicts the outcome of their highlighted games of week 14 as well. In their Fantasy Football segment they provide advice to fantasy football owners and they talk about how they performed in their own leagues. In their new segment called “That’s You” (roleplaying) they played the roles of Cortland Finnegan, Andre Johnson, Lebron James, Eric Spoelstra, Mike Brown, Andy Reid, Desean Jackson, Derek Anderson, and Denny Green. They also analyzed week 12 of the NFL which includes the Redskins’ losing to the Minnesota Vikings. They also examine the NFC East battle between the Redskins and Giants. The USS analyzes and predicts the outcome of their highlighted games of week 13 as well. The “Pregame”, headlines Allen Iverson’s debut in Turkey, Josh Hamilton and Joey Votto winning MVPs in MLB, and Paul Williams getting knocked out by Sergio Martinez. They also discuss Washington Post writer Mike Wise’s article comparing Gilbert Arenas and Clinton Portis’ impact on their perspective DC franchises. Finally the in the “Pregame” the USS compared how the Georgetown Hoyas recruit better local talent than the Maryland Terps (basketball). In a new segment called “That’s You” (roleplaying) they played the roles of Brett Favre, Brad Childress, Leslie Frazier, Vince Young, Richard Seymour, and Big Ben. They also analyzed week 11 of the NFL which includes the Redskins’ upset victory over the Tennessee Titans. They also examine the up coming game between the Redskins and Minnesota Vikings. Urban Sports Scene is a sports show based out of the DMV (DC, Maryland, Virginia). The sport show provides youthful and fresh insight into all sports. This special thirty episode stars Wally, Ray, Fish and guest stars Big Ron and Jew. Our cast member Will T was unable to make it but has and is one of the main contributors to the show. We broke down the past 29 episodes and we wanted to thank the people out there who have been following us. Ray even came up with an interesting segment call predictions gone wrong. They also analyzed week 9 of the NFL involving a an a question: Who's better Calvin Johnson or Andre Johnson? and the McClain spitting incident. They also analyze and predict the outcome of their highlighted games of week 10 (Balt vs. ATL, Hous vs. Jax, Ten vs. Mia, NE vs. Pitt, Philly vs. WSH) and they discuss which coaches are now on the Hot Seat after Wade Phillips firing. In their Fantasy Football segment they provide advice to fantasy football owners and they talk about how they performed in their own leagues. Fish recaps last Sundays Apogeezs Radio Show (College Football and Kye Allums-- the Transgender GW Basketball player). In their NBA segment they talk about Isaiah Thomas wanting to return to the Knicks, Rondo's play of late, and they see how the Timberwolves and the Lakers are coping this season. The USS starts with their "Pregame" (formerly known as the Rundown) which includes , Harrison Barnes--first freshman ever to be voted as a preseason All-American, Lee Westwood over taking Tiger Woods in Golf Rankings to become #1, Manny Pacquiao vs. Margarito for the WBC super welter title, Oregon jumping Auburn to become #1 in the BCS rankings, and Lebron saying he would have done "The Decision" differently. They examine the Giants World Series victory and what this means for the Giants down the road. They also talk week 8 of the NFL, including the Redskins' disappointing loss against the Lions. They break down Shanahan's benching of McNabb and Randy Moss possibly being a Washington Redskin. They also analyze and predict the outcome of their highlighted games of week 9. In their Fantasy Football segment they provide advice to fantasy football owners. Since it's midterm election time, the USS provides some NFL midterm awards (MVP, ROY, and etc.) and they also come up with political positions for sports figures.
