The USS starts with their "Pregame" (formerly known as the Rundown) including , Allen Iverson close to signing w/a team in Turkey, NBA rookies who have looked good in preseason, and how does D-Wade's injury in the preseason impact the heat. Due to the Brett Favre situation, in their LOL segment the USS discusses some of the current and possible sext message incidences. They talk Week 5 of the NFL, including the Redskins beating the Packers, and Fantasy Football. They analyze and predict the outcome of the highlighted games of week 6. In their college football segment they talk about how Alabama's loss to South Carolina impacts college football. And they also highlight their appearance on the Apogeezs radio show .
