Washington Commanders training camp is heating up! Grant Mitchell from the Full Command Show joins the program to break down the biggest stories from camp, including Luke McCaffrey’s impressive practice and the return of veteran cornerback Fabian Moreau.
McCaffrey delivered his best performance of camp with two impressive catches downfield, including a touchdown during two-minute drills. Could the former third-round pick emerge as another dependable weapon for Jayden Daniels in the Commanders’ new offense?
The Commanders also brought back Moreau after cornerback Ahkello Witherspoon was placed on the Reserve/Retired list. Moreau returns to Washington with extensive NFL experience and familiarity with defensive coordinator Daronte Jones from their time together with the Minnesota Vikings.
